Police issue appeal as schoolboy with Portsmouth connections goes missing

POLICE have confirmed that a man in his 40s died in a city centre public toilet.

The victim was found in the toilets of Little London car park, in Chichester, at around 4.45pm on Tuesday.

A 33-year-old man from Chichester was arrested by police on suspicion of possession with intent to supply a controlled drug, Sussex Police have also confirmed.

An ambulance crew tried to resuscitate the man before pronouncing him dead at the scene.
