Arrests made at store
POLICE have arrested two people after a public order incident in a shop yesterday.
Police Community Support Officers in Cosham arrested two people after an incident inside Debenhams.
One of those arrested had fled the scene, but was quickly located nearby.
The victim has been safeguarded.
