ATTACKER Brian Michael has been spared jail.

Michael, 39, of Albert Street, Gosport, admitted assaulting a woman occasioning her actual bodily harm in Gosport. He admitted assaulting two men and a woman on the same day, on July 17.

Michael was given an eight-month suspended sentence.

He was told to pay £700 compensation and £85 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.
