Ban for driver caught in car
A DRIVER has been banned from the roads for 18 months.
Simon Dewane, 30, of Farm House Close, Fareham, admitted driving while disqualified in Anker Lane, Fareham.
He was driving a Honda Civic on June 4.
Portsmouth magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge.
He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
Dewane’s guilty plea was taken into account when he was sentenced.
