A 70-YEAR-OLD man has admitted drink-driving.

James Davies, of Green Road, Fareham, drove a Kia Rio in Titchfield Road, Fareham, while over the limit.

A test revealed his breath contained 96 milligrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood. The legal limit is 80mg.

Davies was banned from driving for three years and told to pay £175 by Fareham magistrates.
