A DRINK-DRIVER was caught behind the wheel while almost three times the legal limit.

Lee Senecal, 45, of St Chad’s Avenue, Portsmouth, admitted committing the offence in London Road, Portsmouth, on October 14.

A test revealed his breath contained 102 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres. The limit is 35mcg.

Senecal was banned from driving for 42 months and given a six-month conditional discharge by Portsmouth magistrates.

He must pay £20 costs.
