A TEENAGER caught drink-driving has been banned from the roads.

Brandon Smallbones pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving in North End car park in Portsmouth on May 30.

A test revealed his breath contained 41 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 millilitres of breath. The limit is 35mg. Smallbones was fined £110.

He was ordered to pay £20 to a fund for victims of crime.

He must also pay £50 in court costs.

The 18-year-old of Walden Road, Stamshaw, was banned from driving for a year by Portsmouth magistrates.
