DRINK-DRIVER Daniel Scott has been banned from the roads.

Scott, 21, of Briar Close, Waterlooville, admitted committing the offence while driving a Peugeot 306 in Hazleton Way, Waterlooville.

A test revealed his breath contained 76 microgrammes of alcohol per 100 milllilitres.

The legal limit is 35mg.

He also admitted to causing an accident.

Scott was fined £320 and told to pay £15 to crime victims and £85 costs by Portsmouth magistrates.

He was banned from driving for 17 months.
