Banned Havant driver caught three times is jailed
Owen Fletcher, 27, was handed a suspended sentence after driving a Ford Mondeo in Burgate Close, Havant, on August 30 last year.
Portsmouth magistrates spared Fletcher, of Mitchell Road, Havant, from going to jail on October 3 last year.

Hide AdBut he was caught uninsured and driving while banned in Tarrant Gardens on February 20. He was charged with both offences.
Fletcher was also charged with driving an off-road pit bike in Stockheath Lane, Havant, on November 25 last year without insurance and while banned.
Fletcher admitted all four driving charges and a charge of failing to turn up to court on May 8.
He was jailed for 16 weeks. He must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Hide AdBack in October last year magistrates had imposed a six-week prison sentenced suspended for a year.
He received two weeks for failing to turn up at court, four weeks for driving while banned in Feburary, four weeks for the November offence and the full 16-week suspended term was activated.
He was banned for a year.
