HIGH value bikes worth £1,000 each have been stolen from garages.

PCSO Jemma Burbury said two bikes were taken from one garage, one from another and a third garage was searched but nothing was taken.

It happened in St John’s Avenue, Alameda Way and Park Avenue, Waterlooville.

The garages had been locked but thieves broke in. It happened on Tuesday and yesterday. PCSO Burbury said: ‘It’s a case of being vigilant and reporting anything suspicious.’ Call 101.
