Boy charged for M3 closure

A 17-year-old boy has been charged after a '˜potentially hazardous' substance was found on the M3.

He is charged with two counts of arson with intent to danger life and two counts of causing danger to road users.

The 17-year-old is due to stand before Basingstoke magistrates tomorrow.
