A CAMERA and a watch are among items stolen from a house in Gosport.

Police are appealing for information following the burglary last Thursday.

The house in Palmerston Way, Alverstoke was broken into between 3pm and 10pm.

A Canon SLR camera and a Brietling Airwolf limited edition watch were stolen from the property. The watch has a Lynx helicopter shown on the blue face.

PC Tara Magnus, from Gosport police station, said: ‘I would like to hear from anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious at the time of this incident.

‘In the winter the lack of lights on in a house during the darker evenings can indicate that no-one is at home. Leaving a light on while you are out and shutting curtains helps to make a home look occupied.’

Call PC Magnus at Gosport police station on 101.
