CCTV images of two men has been released following an assault at Port Solent.

Police want to speak to the pair after the incident between 11.10pm and 11.25pm on Saturday, April 13 at the Watermark bar.

The victim, a 38-year-old man, was assaulted while in the toilets at the venue by an unknown man who appeared to be with a friend.

These two men then left the bar.

As a result of the assault, the victim was taken by ambulance to hospital where he was treated for a cut lip and head injury.

Police Staff Investigator Leon Bailey from Portsmouth CID said: ‘I would like to talk to the two men pictured in the CCTV.

‘I would ask anyone who recognises these men to contact the police as I believe they may be able to help with our investigation.’
