Charity fireworks event returns to shopping centre

WATERFRONT firework displays and live performances will all be a part of Gunwharf Quays' fireworks extravaganza in partnership with children's charity Barnado's.

The shopping centre is asking those attending the free event on Thursday, November 8  to donate just 50p to help reach their fundraising target. 

General manager Colin Wilding said: '˜The annual fireworks extravaganza is one of the biggest events in our calendar and we are delighted to be hosting this year's event with our charity partner Barnardo's.'
