POLICE are looking to speak to a driver who was in collision with a young boy in Lovedean.

The collision happened in Frogmore Lane when a dark-coloured car struck a 10-year-old boy.

As a result of the collision, the boy lost one of his front teeth and has had to undergo dentist treatment.

The driver, a woman in her 30s or 40s, walked the boy and his sister back to their home address to speak to their mum but unfortunately no details were exchanged.

The incident happened at about 3pm on Friday, November 9 and police believe the car may have been a convertible black Ford Ka.

PC Sarah Woodly, from Waterlooville police, said: ‘I would ask anyone who has information about the driver or the vehicle, or the driver themselves, to contact the police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.’
