A MAN has been fined for having cocaine.

Gary Byrne, 39, of St George’s Square, Portsea, admitted having a class A drug at Portsmouth Central station on December 29.

Portsmouth magistrates fined him £100 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
