Man arrested in Portsmouth explosives probe at Stanhope Road student block is released by police

MAGISTRATES have fined a man for using a mobile phone while driving.

Alexander Goble, 34, of Mill Road, Denmead, pleaded guilty to committing the offence while driving in Lovedean Lane, Waterlooville.

The 34-year-old was fined £130.

He was ordered to pay £80 in court costs by Fareham magistrates.

Three penalty points were added to his driving licence.
