He also admitted having cannabis, a class B drug and was fined £80.

Clinton Holey, 36, of Passfield Walk, Havant, was jaild for 62 days.

He admitted two thefts, on one February 21 in Portsmouth when he took £210 worth of razor blades from Tesco in Fratton Way, and one on November 1 last year when he took £60 of chocolate from the Co-op in Southsea.

Holley admitted breaching a conditional discharge for drunk and disorderly, and two charges of failing to comply with supervision requirements.

Magistrates jailed him for 62 days with £60 compensation to pay.

Stuart Schneider, 33, of Beach Road, Southsea, admitted breaching a restraining order by calling a woman several times on February 17.

Magistrates imposed a four-week prison sentence suspended for a year.

Schneider must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Simon Davison, 35, of Victoria Road South, Southsea, admitted four thefts and an attempted theft.

He was jailed for 13 weeks.

Davison stole alcohol from Tesco in Petersfield on October 19 and 21 last year.

He also tried to steal more alcohol from the same shop on October 20.

Then on August 13 and 14 he stole alcohol worth £401.20 from the Co-op in Westbourne.

He must pay £100 compensation.

Daniel Varndell, 26, of Liss Road, Southsea, admitted battery.

He assaulted a man on January 5 in Portsmouth.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 26 sessions of the Resolve programme and 25 days of rehabilitation activities.

He must pay £250 compensation.

Victoria Westlake, 42, of Yarborough Road, Southsea, was found guilty of allowing a man to use a car without third party insurance on April 7 in Southampton.

She was fined £50 with a £30 victim surcharge and £100 prosecution costs.

Magistrates banned her from driving for six months.

A test revealed she had 173 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than the 80mg legal limit.

Charlie Butt, 20, of White Lion Walk, Gosport, admitted theft of vodka from Morrisons in Gosport on February 3.

He received a community order with £50 fine, £85 victim fee and £85 costs.

He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge.

That punishment was for three assault by beatings and a theft.
