She was fined £50 with a £30 victim surcharge and £100 prosecution costs.
Magistrates banned her from driving for six months.
A test revealed she had 173 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than the 80mg legal limit.
Charlie Butt, 20, of White Lion Walk, Gosport, admitted theft of vodka from Morrisons in Gosport on February 3.
He received a community order with £50 fine, £85 victim fee and £85 costs.
He also admitted breaching a conditional discharge.
That punishment was for three assault by beatings and a theft.
