Hide Adn Darren Harbut, 29, of Linden Lea, Portchester, admitted driving while disqualified and driving without insurance.
Magistrates imposed a community order and 80 hours of unpaid work for the June 19 offences.
He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
Harbut was banned from driving for 12 months and fined £300 for the offence of no insurance.

Hide Adn Oliver Hodgkins, 28, of Whitecombe Gardens, Baffins, admitted criminal damage to the value of £300 on a car on August 30.
Magistrates handed him a 12-month conditional discharge with £200 compensation to pay.
n Daniel Kenney, 31, of Milton Road, Milton, admitted harassing a woman between August 23 and August 29.
Kenney sent the woman 10 text messages and called her on a withheld number twice.

Hide Adn John Seymour, 29, of Manor Way, Lee-on-the-Solent, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty on August 10 in Newgate Lane, Fareham.
He also admitted assault by beating on the same day and location.
A district judge jailed him for 120 days.
n Andrew Green, 46, of Paddock Walk, Paulsgrove, admitted speeding on the A3 between the A3(M) at Horndean and the B2070 on November 14 last year.

n Daniel Hill, 40, of Priorsdean Crescent, Milton, admitted theft of cash from Portsmouth Hospitals Charity on February 23.
Magistrates detained him in court until the court rose as punishment.
