n Shayn Chandler, 36, of Hurstbourne Close, Havant, admitted stealing two vacuum cleaners from Homebase. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.
n Clive Fisher, 56, of Rembrandt Drive, Northfleet, Kent, admitted using a mobile phone while driving at HMNB Portsmouth and was fined £180. He must pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
n Henry Madgwick, 36, of Stamshaw Road, Portsmouth, was handed a 90-day prison term suspended for 12 months after admitting an assault by beating. He threw a glass at someone.

n Gary Saunders, 55, of Lake Road, Landport, admitted stealing four cans of Lynx deodorant from Co-op.
He must pay £18.78 compensation.
n Sarah Lewington, 32, of Linden Lea, Fareham, admitted stealing meat worth £40 from Co-op. She was fined £20 with a £20 victim surcharge.
n Paul Huxtable, 60, of Horsea Road, Hilsea, admitted speeding at more than 30mph on the A3 London Road in Waterlooville. He was fined £100 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs. He received three points on his licence.

Hide Adn Emma Hart, 29, of London Road, North End, admitted stealing fragrance worth £572 from Debenhams in Winchester. She was given a community order with 30-day curfew. She must pay an £85 victim surcharge, and was ordered to be detained in court but this was deemed served.
