n Graham Everett, 36, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Lichfield Place, Portsmouth, on January 28.

n Nigel Hall, 33, of Nobes Avenue, Gosport, admitted failing to make an internet device available to police, and breaching a sexual offences prevention order.

He committed the offence on September 13 last year.

Magistrates imposed a four-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

Hall must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

The device must be destroyed, the court ordered.

n Lisa Le-Poidevin, 44, of Kingston Road, North End, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Lichfield Road, Portsmouth, on January 28.

She was fined £80 with a £30 victim surcharge and £35 prosecution costs.

n Stuart McKenzie, 37, of Montague Road, Hilsea, admitted stealing power tools from Homebase on October 17.

He also admitted the theft of washing detergent and food from Iceland on the same day.

He was fined £15 for each offence and told to pay £122.43 compensation with a £30 victim surcharge.

n Jennifer Oram, 29, of Wadham Road, Hilsea, admitted drink-driving in Kingston Road, Portsmouth, on January 30.

A test revealed she had 114 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than triple the limit.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 20 days of rehabilitation activities. She must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Magistrates banned her from driving for two years.

Oram also admitted driving without insurance and was fined £120.

n Lloyd Proctor, 38, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Lichfield Place, Portsmouth, on January 28 and was fined £40.

Proctor admitted breaching a suspended sentence for two thefts and failing to surrender and was fined £40.

n Theresa Smith, 50, of Milton Road, Portsmouth, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Lichfield Place, Portsmouth, on January 28.

She was fined £80 with a £30 victim surcharge and £35 prosecution costs to pay.

n John Cairns, 28, of Guildford Road, Fratton, admitted damaging the external phone at Portsmouth Central police station on December 22 last year.

He was fined £120 and was ordered to pay £588.41 in compensation.

Cairns must also pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
