n Matthew Holder, 40, of Salt Meat Lane, Gosport, admitted outraging public decency by showing his bottom and genitals to children on July 14 in Gosport.

Magistrates handed him a 90-day prison sentence suspended for 12 months. He was drunk at the time.

Holder must complete 12 months supervision, 20 days of rehabilitation activities and 40 hours of unpaid work.

He must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Martin Case, 36, of no fixed address, was jailed for 90 days after admitting assault by beating on December 13 in Gosport.

He was handed 14 months concurrent after admitting failing to surrender on January 3.

n Amy Powell, 26, of Waverley Road, Southsea, admitted assaulting a PC on October 20 in Portsmouth.

Magistrates imposed a 90-day sentence suspended for a year as she spat in a police officer’s face.

Powell must pay £100 compensation.

n Berenice Hall, 25, of Anstridge Road, London, admitted driving while disqualified at Portsmouth International Port on November 28.

She was fined £200 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

Magistrates banned her from driving for 21 months.

Hall also admitted driving without insurance but received no separate penalty.

n Duncan Wright, 41, of Swanvale Road, Falmouth, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm on a woman in Havant on December 10.

Magistrates imposed a restraining order for a year banning him from two roads in Havant and contacting the victim.

A test revealed she had 89 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg legal limit.

She must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Casey Chappell, 26, of Turner Avenue, Gosport, admitted criminal damage to a vehicle on May 9 in Portsmouth last year.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 40 hours of unpaid work.

Chappell must pay £172.74 compensation to the victim, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
