Magistrates imposed a community order with 20 days of rehabilitation activities and 60 hours of unpaid work.

He must pay £300 prosecution costs.

n Emma Scott, 31, of Howard Road, Southampton, admitted causing wasteful employment of the police by making a false report giving rise to apprehension for the safety of a person or property.

Magistrates fined her £50 for the offence in Gunwharf Quays on November 1.

Scott also admitted failing to surrender to custody and was fined £50.

n Lee Benneyworth, of Leominster Road, Paulsgrove, admitted theft of cash and cheques worth £389.85 from Blendworth Farm Cottage on August 11.

He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence for theft of seven golf clubs at American Golf Shop in Southampton Road, Salisbury, on March 21.

Magistrates jailed him for 16 weeks.

n James Cuzner, 30, of no fixed address, admitted theft of five SD cards worth £108.05 from Tesco in Havant on November 28.

Magistrates fined Cuzner £80 with a £30 victim surcharge to pay.

Magistrates detained him in court but this was deemed served.

n Michael Dearling, 27, of Blendworth Crescent, Havant, admitted failing to comply with sex offences notification requirements.

He was jailed for 12 weeks after not telling police about a change of address within three days.

He committed the offence on November 22 to 25.

Dearling must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

n Tina Childs, 49, of Britain Street, Portsmouth, admitted sending by means of a public electronic communications network a voicemail message that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.

She committed the offence on August 22 in Portsmouth.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with £20 victim surcharge and £40 prosecution costs.

n Michael Howlett, 45, of Pannall Road, Gosport, admitted drink-driving in George Street, Portsmouth, on November 4.

A test showed he had 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit. Howlett was banned from driving for 46 months.

Magistrates fined him £180 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.
