n Jonathon Brickwood, 47, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Hayling Island on October 3.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge.

n Mohamed Chermat, 26, of Leda Road, Greenwich, admitted theft of two pairs of sunglasses at Sunglass Hut on August 1.

He must pay £159.98 compensation.

n Mark Russell, 53, of Fleet End Road, Warsash, admitted harassment of a woman between January 1 and July 10.

He sent her number of electronic communications and turned up to her work.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 20 days of rehabilitation activities and 60 hours of unpaid work.

A two-year restraining order bans him from contacting four people named in the order or going to several addresses across Hampshire.

He also admitted sending a message via a public electronics communication network that was grossly offensive or of an indecent, obscene or menacing character.

He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £620 prosecution costs.

n Amit Kumar, 28, of Boundary Road, Chatham, admitted using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.

He was fined £133 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He committed the offence on November 23 in Havant.

Kumar also admitted obstructing a PC on the same day.

He received no separate penalty.

n Jerry Hill, 43, of High Path, Wimbledon, admitted theft of make-up worth £134.15 from Sainsbury’s in Portsmouth on October 30.

Magistrates fined him £350 with a £35 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

He also admitted failing to surrender to custody on November 24.

n Jamie Bansfield, 26, of St Luke’s Road, Gosport, was found guilty of dangerous driving.

He was also found guilty of driving without insurance and driving without a licence.

Magistrates convicted him after he was caught driving a Mini Cooper in Ann’s Hill Road, Gosport on June 21.

Magistrates imposed a 24-month conditional discharge with £20 victim surcharge and £310 prosecution costs.

He was banned from driving for a year.

The Mini was ordered to be forfeited and destroyed after he was convicted.
