n Megan Juryeff, 24, of Almondsbury Road, Paulsgrove, admitted breaching a criminal behaviour order by going to the Gillies in Fareham on October 25. She admitted assaulting a police officer on the same day.

Juryeff was fined £50 for each offence with a £30 victim surcharge to pay.

Magistrates detained her in court but deemed this served due to time spent in custody.

n Leonard Clarke, 37, of Chesterfield Road, Baffins, admitted drink-driving in Kingston Road on October 11. He was caught driving a silver VW Golf.

A test revealed he had 93 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the legal limit. Magistrates imposed a community order with 15 days of rehabilitation activities.

He was fined £350 with an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 28 months.

n Michael John Du Cros, 26, of Valley Park Drive, Clanfield, admitted driving without due care and attention.

He was caught driving a VW Golf in St Hilda Avenue, Waterlooville, on May 30.

Magistrates fined him £300 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay. He received six points on his driving licence.

He admitted being the driver of a vehicle that owing to its presence on the road an accident occurred whereby damage was caused to another vehicle and he did not report the incident.

n Helena Singleton, 40, of Portland Terrace, Portland Road, Southsea, admitted breaching an Asbo by being anti-social in the Queens Hotel, Portsmouth.

She was fined £75 for this offence, committed on September 4.

Singleton admitted possession of a small bag of herbal cannabis, a class B drug, on the same day, and was fined £50.

She must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £150 prosecution costs. Magistrates ordered the drugs should be forfeited and destroyed.

Singleton also admitted breaching a suspended sentence imposed for twice breaching an Asbo.

She was fined £75 instead of being jailed due to her mental health.

n Andrew Willis, 30, of Norfolk Road, Southampton, was found guilty of being drunk and disorderly at Fareham train station on August 21.

He was fined £220 with a £30 victim surcharge and £300 prosecution costs.
