Magistrates imposed a 12-week prison sentence suspended for 12 months.

Pilkington went to the victim’s home, tracked her movements with a tracking device, and contacted her in the street.

Magistrates imposed a restraining order for five years.

He must complete 20 days of rehabilitation activities.

Pilkington must pay a £115 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n James Crocker, 30, of Westfield Avenue, Hayling Island, admitted drink-driving on October 12.

He was caught driving a BMW 3 Series in Langstone Road, Havant.

A test showed he had 98 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg legal limit.

Magistrates banned him for two years with a £750 fine.

He must pay a £75 victim charge and £85 prosecution costs.

Crocker admitted failing to surrender to custody and was detained in court.

n Stephanie Batchelor, 20, Edwards Close, Paulsgrove, admitted theft of baby milk worth £76.93 from One Stop in Havant.

She must pay £38.46 compensation to the shop owner.

Batchelor also admitted failing to surrender to custody on October 24 and was detained in court.

n Simon Kay, 53, of Headley Close, Lee-on-the-Solent, was found guilty of two counts of assault by beating against two women on August 21.

He was handed a community order with 20 days of rehabilitation activities and 40 hours of unpaid work.

He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £620 prosecution costs.

n Martin Waite, 33, of Jessie Road, Havant, admitted theft of two Apple Macbooks worth £1,590 from John Lewis in Norwich on April 23.

He also admitted possession of 4.5g of cannabis, a class B drug on April 23 in Norwich.

Magistrates jailed him for 20 weeks for the theft but imposed no separate penalty for the drug.

n Samuel Hewett, 27, of Delphi Way, Waterlooville, admitted drink-driving on June 5 in Lovedean Lane.

A test showed he had 95 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than the 80mg legal limit.

Hewett was fined £300 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 14 months after he admitted the offence.
