n Paul Marriner, 34, of Chaffinch Green, Waterlooville, admitted one theft of meat worth £90 from Tesco in Waterlooville on March 27.

He also admitted two thefts from One Stop on July 17.

He also admitted four other thefts from various shops.

Magistrates imposed a community order with six-month drug rehabilitation requirement.

He also admitted failure to surrender to custody.

Marriner must pay £447.36 in compensation and an £85 victim surcharge.

n John Agnew, 63, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly at Portsmouth Harbour train station and was fined £200.

He committed the offence on October 24 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Magistrates detained him in court but this was deemed served due to time spent in custody.

n Reginald Bosanquet, 48, of Noctule Court, Knowle, was found guilty in his absence of using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour with intent, thereby causing that person or another harassment, alarm or distress.

He committed the offence on August 2 in Fareham against a woman.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirements.

He must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Bosanquet was also convicted of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

Magistrates fined him £180 for this offence, committed on the same day.

n Liam Dollamore, 18, of Braemar Road, Gosport, admitted drink-driving in Fareham on October 9.

He was caught driving a Renault Clio in Gosport Road.

A test revealed he had 69 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, nearly double the 35mg legal limit.

He was fined £220 and banned from the roads for 18 months.

He must pay an £85 victim charge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Elaine Fullick, 48, of Fair Isle Close, Fareham, admitted drink-driving and was banned for 12 months.

She was caught driving a Vauxhall Corsa in her street on October 9.

A test showed she had 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the legal limit.

Magistrates imposed a £220 fine with a £30 victim charge and £85 prosecution costs.

Her ban can be reduced by 13 weeks if she completes a course.
