n Stevie Pasing, 25, of White Oak Walk, Leigh Park, admitted assault by beating against a woman on June 27.

Pasing must complete a six-month drug rehabilitation requirement and 25 days of rehabilitation activities. She must pay £100 compensation.

Pasing also admitted failing to surrender to custody on August 16, possession of a bladed article in Guildhall Walk on August 31, racially-aggravated assault against a person and reckless damage to the person’s glasses.

In all, magistrates imposed an 18-week prison sentence suspended for a year.

n Liam Farrell, 31, of Milton Road, Waterlooville, admitted three thefts at Waitrose in Waterlooville on August 5 and September 8.

Magistrates imposed a 12-week prison sentence suspended for a year.

He must pay £115 victim surcharge.

Farrell must also pay £68.99 compensation.

n Gaelle Carrascosa, 32, of Hawke Street, Portsea, admitted drink-driving in Fratton Road on July 27.

A test revealed she had 162 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of urine, more than the 107mg limit.

Magistrates fined her £120 and banned her from driving for a year.

She must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Benjamin Finley, 28, of Hilton Road, Gosport, admitted assault by beating against a man in Gosport on September 18.

Magistrates jailed him for 12 weeks as he breached a restraining order within days of being released from prison.

He must pay £75 compensation for the assault.

Finley admitted breaching the restraining order and received a 12-week concurrent prison sentence.

n Shubho Haque, 28, of Drift Road, Clanfield, admitted drink-driving on September 3.

A test revealed he had 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit. He was fined £150 and handed a 36-month driving ban.

n Scott Henson-Webb, 18, of Blendworth Crescent, Havant, admitted handling stolen goods, a bike worth £720, on June 8 in Havant.

Magistrates ordered him to pay £20 compensation.

n Pual Symmans, 47, of Purbrook Way, Havant, admitted drink-driving in Swanmore Road, Havant, on July 30.

A test showed he had 88 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg legal limit.

Magistrates fined him £240 with a 22-month driving ban. He must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
