n Onkar Singh, 33, of Jenkins Road, Baffins, admitted drink-driving in Alec Rose Lane, Portsmouth, on August 6.
He was caught driving a BMW with 62 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.
Magistrates fined him £350 with a 17-month driving ban.
