Magistrates imposed a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work and 40 days of rehabilitation activities.

n Scott Devereaux, 36, of Seymour Close, Portsmouth, admitted two counts of criminal damage, against a car roof and windscreen wiper, on July 31.

He also admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty on the same day in Portsmouth.

Devereaux was jailed for one month in total after admitted failing to surrender to custody and breaching a suspended sentence for criminal damage.

n Liam Gash, 26, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with sex offender notification requirements by not registering his whereabouts every seven days.

He admitted breaching a suspended sentence for the same offence. Magistrates jailed him for two months.

n Michael Hankin, 28, of Tennyson Crescent, Waterlooville, admitted drink-driving in Clanfield in Chalton Lane on August 31.

He was fined £120 for the offence and banned from driving for 40 months.

A test showed he had 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.

Hankin admitted driving without a licence and no insurance but received no separate penalties.

Hankin was also fined £120 after admitting to failing to provide a breath test on October 6 when suspected of committing a drink-driving offence.

For this he must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Marie More, 30, of Tor Close, Crookhorn, admitted possession of amphetamine, a class B drug, on March 15 in Waterlooville.

Magistrates ordered she be detained in court and the drug forfeited and destroyed.

n Frank Pearson, 23, of Sea Front, Hayling Island, was found guilty of assault occasioning actual bodily harm against a man in Portsmouth on August 7.

n Nadine Burden, 36, of Toronto Road, Portsmouth, admitted drug-driving with Benzoylecgonine in her blood on May 16 in Toronto Road, Portsmouth.

Magistrates imposed a community order with two-year driving ban and she must complete 30 days of rehabilitation activities and pay an £85 victim surcharge.

Burden admitted driving a white Mini on January 9 without insurance or a licence but received no separate penalty.
