n David Knipe, 36, of Princess Street, Buckland, admitted theft of perfume and fragrance worth £69.97 from TK Maxx in Portsmouth on September 5.

Zelechowski was fined £1,000 and banned from driving for 28 months.

He must pay a £145 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He also admitted driving without insurance and driving without a licence.
