n Samuel Ellwood, 22, of Adames Road, Fratton, admitted assault by beating against a man in Hampshire Boulevard on July 27.
Magistrates fined him £150 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
Ellwood admitted a second assault by beating against a man on the same day in Lord Montgomery Way. He was fined £150 for this assault.

Hide Adn Scott Henson-Webb, 18, of Blendworth Crescent, Havant, admitted theft of a bike worth £380 from Havant railway station on June 15.
Magistrates imposed a community order with 10 days of rehabilitation activities.
He must pay £20 compensation for the bike.
Henson-Webb also admitted stealing a second bike worth £150 on May 27 in Havant. He must pay £150 compensation for this bike and admitted two other offences to be taken into consideration.
n Robert Kille, 32, of no fixed address, admitted begging in Southsea on July 20 and was fined £50.

She must pay a £50 fine, an £85 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
