She pleaded guilty to using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress on May 28 in Havant.

She must pay a £30 victim surcharge.

Horsted was fined £15 after admitting breaching a suspended sentence for harassment.

She was fined a further £10 after admitting breaching another suspended sentence for harassment.

n Keiran Maull, 23, care of London Road, North End, admitted theft of a DVD from Sainsbury’s in Portsmouth on January 23.

He was ordered to pay £45 compensation.

n Ciaran Dickson, 31, of Devonshire Avenue, Southsea, admitted urinating within view of residents or passengers in Palmerston Road, Southsea, on June 12.

He breached a byelaw of the Local Government Act.

n Kay Gregory, 32, of Frobisher Close, Gosport, was found guilty of assaulting a police officer in the execution of their duty.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with £50 compensation to pay.

She must also pay a £15 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

Gregory also admitted two counts of failing to surrender to custody and received the same conditional discharge.

n Linette Buck, 71, of Conan Road, North End, admitted failing to notify Portsmouth City Council about a change in circumstance that would affect her entitlement to housing benefit.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge to pay. She must also pay £85 prosecution costs.

All the cash has been repaid.

n Zoe D’Arcy, 33, of Ernest Road, Buckland, admitted dishonestly failing to notify Portsmouth City Council that her partner had a full-time job and that later her earnings had increased, knowing that it would affect her housing benefit.

She committed the offence between October 2013 and September 2015.

n David Franklin, 18, of West Street, Havant, admitted an assault against a woman and an assault by beating against a man.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge for the July 12 assaults.

n Anthony Holmes, 38, of Cairo Terrace, Buckland, was handed a 12-week prison term suspended for a year after admitting two thefts.

He also admitted a community order handed to him for two previous thefts and an assault by beating.

n Deborah Holmes, 38, of Cairo Terrace, Buckland, admitted theft of vodka from Tesco on May 23.

n Michael Kelly, 42, of All Saints Road, Buckland, admitted theft of two bottles of whisky worth £60 from Sainsbury’s in Portsmouth on May 30.
