Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge for committing the offence.

n Dominic Carter, 32, of Nottingham Place, Lee-on-the-Solent, admitted assault by beating on June 1 in Gregson Avenue, Gosport.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 30 days of rehabilitation activity requirement.

A restraining order bans him from contacting the victim for a year, except for in certain circumstances.

He must pay a £50 fine, an £85 victim surcharge and £150 prosecution costs.

n Marcus Keady, 33, of no fixed address, was jailed for 14 days after admitting breaching supervision after leaving prison.

He did not keep in touch with his supervisor or go to an appointment. He must pay £50 costs.

n Andrew Othen, 48, of Queens Road, Fratton, admitted breaching sex offender notification requirements by failing to register he was at a new address within three days.

He was jailed for 12 weeks and must pay a £115 victim surcharge after committing the offence.

n Joshua Peace, 25, of Curdridge Close, West Leigh, admitted criminal damage to a kitchen cupboard on July 20 in Havant.

Magistrates imposed a one-year conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

He also admitted breaching bail conditions.

n Ryan McDonald, 30, of Gosport Road, Fareham, admitted possession of MDMA, a class A drug, on January 30 in Fareham. He was fined £600.

He also admitted possession of cannabis, a class B drug, and was fined £400.

He must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Magistrates ordered the drugs must be forfeited and destroyed.

n Loraine Sotori, 47, of Queen Street, Portsea, admitted driving without a licence in Randolph Road, Portsmouth, on March 6 and was fined £120 with six points on her licence.

Sotori also admitted driving without insurance in the same incident.

She was fined £20 and her licence was endorsed.

n Jamie Jackson, 34, of Damask Gardens, Waterlooville, was found guilty of assault by beating at Tesco in Waterlooville on March 7.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 25 days of rehabilitation activity requirements.

Jackson must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £250 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
