Magistrates fined him £185 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

The drugs were ordered to be destroyed.

n Jordan Palmer, 23, of Skipper Way, Lee-on-the-Solent, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Mumby Road, Gosport, on May 31.

He was fined £45 with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Palmer was also fined £140 after admitting assaulting a police officer.

n Roy Wheeler, 46, of Whitworth Road, Gosport, admitted criminal damage to glass in a front door at Bridgemary Road, Gosport, on July 1.

He was fined £185 with £60 compensation to pay.

Wheeler must also pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Darren Smalley, 36, of Howe Road, Gosport, admitted driving without due care and attention in Brockhurst Road, Gosport, on February 22.

He also admitted failing to stop after an accident while driving a Vauxhall Corsa where damage was caused to four other cars.

Magistrates fined him £475 for this offence with a community order.

He must complete a 16-day drink-impaired drivers course. Smalley admitted drink-driving ajnd was caught with 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 38 months.

Smalley must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Ashley Vickers, 39, care of Thyme Avenue, Whiteley, admitted assault by beating against a woman on June 11.

Magistrates imposed a 14-week prison sentence for 24 months.

He must complete 24 months of supervision, 32 days of a relationships course and 15 days of rehabilitation activity requirements.

A restraining order bans him from contacting the victim for two years.

He also admitted criminal damage to a wine glass, mannequin, two phones and a chair worth £600.

Vickers must pay a £110 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Jennifer Sweeny, 43, of Mill Stream Lodge, Uxbridge, was found guilty of racially-aggravated threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

Magistrates imposed a 24-month conditional discharge for the August 7 offence last year.

She must also pay a £15 victim surcharge and £620 prosecution costs.
