n Mary Baxter, 37, of Estella Road, Buckland, admitted stealing four Yankee candles worth £84.95 from Boots.

Baxter was fined £100 with a £30 victim surcharge for the offence on July 25 in Portsmouth.

Magistrates detained her in court but this was deemed served due to time spent in custody.

n Tara Blick, 45, of Windmill View, Clanfield, admitted criminal damage to a window in London Avenue, North End.

Magistrates imposed a 12-month conditional discharge with £200 compensation to pay. Blick must also pay £50 prosecution costs.

n Colin Jones, 50, of Renny Road, Fratton, admitted failing to comply with notification requirements under the Sexual Offences Act 2013.

Jones was fined £120 with a £20 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

n Debbie Laverton, 19, of West Ashling Road, Chichester, admitted wilfully obstructing the free passage along New Road, Havant, on June 9.

Magistrates imposed a six-month conditional discharge.

Laverton must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £30 prosecution costs.

n Gary Saunders, 56, of Lake Road, Landport, admitted three counts of theft.

He stole goods from a Co-op on March 16, cheese from the same store on February 18 and cheese and ham from the same store again on February 19.

Magistrates fined him £40 and he must pay £42.50 compensation.

Saunders must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

n Stuart Hall, 30, of Haslemere Road, Southsea, admitted theft jointly with an unknown man on April 6.

Hall stole groceries worth £46.78 from a Co-op in Portsmouth.

He was fined £40 with £46.78 compensation to pay.

n Vicky Palmer, 31, of Inlands Road, Nutbourne, admitted drink-driving on July 10 in Holbrook Road, Portsmouth.

A test revealed she had 70 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, double the 35mg legal limit.

Palmer was fined £305 and was banned from driving for 40 months.

n Billy Way, 26, of Newbolt Road, Paulsgrove, admitted theft of items worth £170 from Asda in Purbrook Way, Havant.

Magistrates fined him £120 with a £10 victim surcharge and £40 prosecution costs.

Way also admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress on July 9 in Havant.

Magistrates fined Way £120 for the offence against Scott Randall.
