Hide Adn Calvin Radley, 19, of no fixed address, sentenced to 24 weeks in a YOI.
He admitted assault by beating jointly with Colin Wood against a man on May 22. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence for assault and theft.
In total he was sentenced to 24 weeks.
n Daniel Powell, 34, of Waverley Road, Southsea, admitted theft from Tesco in Albert Road, Southsea, on July 5. He took bottles of whisky worth £88.
A district judge jailed him for eight weeks as he has 139 previous like convictions and committed the theft a day after suspended sentence finished.
He must pay a £115 victim surcharge.

Hide Adn Dean Bowyer, 19, of Chaffinch Green, Waterlooville, admitted theft and assault by beating.
He stole sandwiches, cheese, milkshake and beer worth £23.08 from Tesco on June 19 in Lovedean.
For this he was given a 12-month conditional discharge with a £20 victim surcharge.
Bowyer assaulted his victim on the same day.
He also admitted failing to surrender to custody on July 5 but received no separate penalty.

Hide Adn John Waterman, 47, of no fixed address, admitted criminal damage to a windscreen of a Mini Cooper on June 14 in Portsmouth.
He must pay £50 compensation. Waterman admitted breaching a two-year conditional discharge imposed June 14.
No action was taken on the breach.
n Jason Barnes, 29, of Battlesby Barracks, Warminster, was found guilty of assaulting a constable in the execution of her duty at Hotel Ibis in Portsmouth on March 13.
He was fined £275 with a £28 vitim surcharge.
Barnes was also found guilty of racially-aggravated causing harassment, alarm or distress on the same day to another victim.

Hide AdHe received an 18-month conditional discharge and must pay £200 compensation plus £400 prosecution costs.
n Jay King, 42, of York Place, Portsmouth, admitted stealing a mens jacket worth £57 from Marks and Spencer on April 8 in Portsmouth. He must pay £57 compensation.
He also admitted stealing nine mens shirts worth£158.50 from the same store a day before but received no separate penalty.
