n John Bruster, 36, of Redlands Lane, Fareham, admitted theft of a £25 bottle of rum from Marks and Spencer on June 17 and was fined £10.

He also admitted theft of protein powder from Holland and Barrett on June 17 and fragrances from Debenhams on June 21. He was fined £10 for each theft.

Bruster also admitted a fourth theft. He took toiletries worth £958.85 from Lloyds Pharmacy in Fareham on May 19.

He was fined £120 with £180 compensation to pay.

n Lee Hooper, 33, of Browning Avenue, Paulsgrove, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Fareham and was fined £20.

He must pay a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs for the June 18 offence in Fareham.

Hooper also admitted breaching a conditional discharge, but no action was taken on the breach.

He was fined £40 in total for two further counts of drunk and disorderly on June 20 and 25.

n Paul Jurd, 46, of The Redan, Gosport, admitted drink-driving on June 4 and was banned for 14 months.

Jurd was caught driving a Citroen Saxo in Melville Road, Gosport,

A test revealed he had 51 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg limit.

Magistrates fined him £120, with a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Louise Masters, 48, of Wicor Mill Lane, admitted drink-driving and was banned for 23 months.

She was caught driving in The Dell, Fareham, on May 14. A test revealed she had 231 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than the 80mg limit.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 80 hours unpaid work. She must pay an £85 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
