n Ross Mensingh, 45, of Northern Parade, Hilsea, admitted speeding on the A27 at West Ashling on October 11 last year.
He was fined £250 with a £25 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.
Magistrates imposed four points on his driving licence.
n Katherine Bentley, 34, of The Kingsway, Portchester, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

n Andrew Parkin, 55, of Nessus Street, Buckland, admitted being drunk and disorderly in London Road on May 8. He was fined £35 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge.
He also admitted being drunk and disorderly on May 15 in Kingston Road, Buckland, and was fined £35 with a £20 victim surcharge.
n Hayley Darby, 34, of Inverness Road, Gosport, admitted jointly stealing meat and cheese from Co-op on May 15 in Gosport.

Hide AdDarby was fined £30 and must pay a £30 victim surcharge. She admitted breaching a suspended sentence but this was not activated and was fined £50.
n James Harrop, 28, of Freemantle Road, Gosport, was jailed for seven days after admitting theft of cannabis, a class B drug.
He must pay a £115 victim surcharge. Harrop admitted breaching a suspended sentence order by not attending drug rehabilitation. He also admitted breaching a suspended sentence for possession of an offensive weapon and was jailed for six weeks.
He admitted breaching two suspended sentences for two thefts and was jailed for six weeks. In total magistrates jailed him for six weeks.

Hide Adn Glenn Norfolk, 50, of St Edward’s Road, Gosport, admitted drink-driving on May 28 in Bury Road, Gosport.

He must pay a £75 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
