n Craig Jordan, 47, of no fixed address, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty in Portsmouth on June 1.

n Sarah Bradley, 35, of Billing Close, Eastney, admitted assaulting a woman by beating her on January 26 in Southsea.

She was given a 12-month conditional discharge with £12 compensation to pay.

Bradley must also pay a £15 victim surcharge and £100 prosecution costs.

n Sam Gash, 24, of Ellisfield Road, Havant, was found guilty of throwing down, dropping or depositing litter on October 6 last year.

She dropped a cigarette butt in Hulbert Road, Havant, and was fined £100.

Gash must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £100 prosecution costs.

n Damien Hardy, 24, of Ganders Close, Selbourne, admitted drink-driving on the A3 at Clanfield.

A test revealed he had 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg limit.

Magistrates banned him from driving for 12 months and fined him £100 for the offence on March 27.

Hardy must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £200 prosecution costs.

n James Hartt, 26, of Henley Road, Southsea, admitted using an unlicensed vehicle on the A2030.

He was fined £50 for the offence on January 17 and must pay £93.75 vehicle excise duty. Hartt must also pay £90 costs.

n Liam Elston, 27, of Waverley Road, Southsea, admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty on May 23 in Southsea.

He was fined £60 wth a £30 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Magistrates detained him in court but this was deemed served.

n Nicola Mitchell, 29, of Lords Street, Landport, admitted using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress.

She received a six-month conditional discharge with a £100 legal costs.
