n Aaron Lawson, 25, of Cheltenham Road, Paulsgrove, admitted failing to comply with a community order.

He was fined £40 with £50 costs.

n Samuel Quinn, 40, of Kingston Road, Fratton, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements imposed after being released from prison. He was fined £40 with £50 costs.

n Angela Joyce, 55, of Stakes Way, Waterlooville, admitted speeding at more than 30mph in London Road, Hilsea, on October 27 last year.

Magistrates imposed three points on her driving licence with a £60 fine, £20 victim surcharge and £50 costs.

n Wang Nam, 24, of Lea Oak Gardens, Fareham, admitted using a mobile phone while driving a Vauxhall Corsa on the M275 on November 27 last year.

He was fined £85 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Nam was also given three points on his driving licence.

n Matthew Chambers, 22, of Bishops Gate, Fareham, admitted taking a car without consent, driving while disqualified, driving with no insurance and obstructing a PC in the execution of his duty.

He committed all offences in Gosport on March 3 and was given a community order.

He was fined £150 for the insurance offence and banned from driving for 20 months.

Chambers must complete 200 hours unpaid work and also pay £85 prosecution costs with £60 victim surcharge.

n Michael O’Keefe, 55, of Frogmore, Fareham, admitted drink-driving and was fined £130 with a 12-month ban.

He was stopped on Frogmore in Fareham on April 3.

A test revealed he had 47 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mg legal limit.

He must pay £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

O’Keefe also admitted driving otherwise in accordance with a licence but received no separate penalty.

He also admitted driving with no insurance and was fined £60.

n Alison Yates, 38, of Bridgemary Road, Gosport, admitted count of theft after taking two bottles of fragrance, a pan set, two cutlery sets, a dinner set and a frying pan worth £273 from Asda.

She was fined £10 with a £20 victim surcharge.

Yates stole the items on October 22 last year.

n Michael Gorman, 51, of no fixed address, admitted assault by beating and breaching a restraining order.

He was handed a 26-week prison sentence for the offences committed on April 1.

He was handed a fresh two-year restraining order banning him from contacting the woman victim.

Gorman must pay an £80 victim surcharge.
