Sharp must pay a £80 victim surcharge and £100 prosecution costs.

n Bradley Reade, 30, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with supervision requirements on March 10, and magistrates fined him £450.

He was ordered to be detained in court but this was deemed served as he spent time in custody.

n Karen Young, 51, of Kent Street, Southsea, admitted a racially-aggravated public order offence on November 17 last year in Alyward Street, Portsmouth.

She pleaded guilty to causing harassment, alarm or distress and was fined £120 by the court.

Young must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

n George Adams, 29, of Kings Road, Southsea, admitted keeping an unlicensed Honda on a public road, Western Parade, on November 9 last year.

He was fined £110 and must pay £51.25 of vehicle excise back duty.

Adams must pay £40 costs.

n Natasha Griggs, 43, of Havant Road, Farlington, admitted using an unlicensed Citroen car on the A2030 on August 5 last year.

She was fined £50 and must pay vehicle excise back duty of £13.34.

n Patricia Parry, 69, of Manor Farm Close, admitted using an unlicensed vehicle on the A2030 on July 8.

She was fined £50 and must pay £45 in vehicle excise back duty along with £45 costs.

n Donna Birch, 32, of Soberton Road, Havant, was found guilty in her absence of throwing down, dropping or otherwise depositing a cigarette butt .

She committed the offence in Stockheath Lane, Leigh Park, on November 16 last year.

She was fined £110 with a £20 victim surcharge and must pay £60 costs.

n Neil Briggs, 35, of Cavendish Close, Waterlooville, was found guilty in her absence of throwing down, dropping or otherwise depositing a cigarette butt.

She did it outside the Meridian Centre in Elm Lane, Havant, on November 6 last year.

He was fined £220 with a £22 victim surcharge and £124 costs.

n Nathan Dove, 34, care of Olinda Street, Fratton, admitted racially-aggravated assault by beating on a man in Commercial Road on November 28 last year.

He was given a two-year conditional discharge and must pay £100 compensation.

Dove must also pay £740 prosecution costs.

No victim surcharge was imposed to the defendant’s means and the compensation order takes priority.
