He was given an 18-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.
n Matthew Ryan, 37, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Guildhall Walk on February 21.
He was fined £80 with a £20 victim surcharge and £25 prosecution costs to pay.

n Angela Anderson, 47, of Froxfield Road, Havant, admitted stealing a PlayStation 3, an Amazon Fire Tablet, Unifi CCTV cameras and a mobile phone.
She pleaded guilty to four charges of theft from Livelink Technology, in East Street, Havant, between May 2 and November 2 last year.
In total she was fined £120 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

He committed the offence in Winter Road, Southsea, on November 2 last year.
He was given a six-month conditional discharge.
