He was caught in Lichfield Road, Copnor, on February 20 driving a Peugeot 206.

A test revealed he had 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg legal limit.

He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Jackie Ball, 45, of Martin Road, Copnor, admitted drink-driving and was fined £500 with a 17-month ban.

She was caught in Clarence Parade, Southsea, on February 19 in a Citroen Xsara.

A test showed she had 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the limit.

She must pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 costs.

n Agent Nkomo, 24, of Greetham Street, Southsea, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Guildhall Walk on February 20.

He was given an 18-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

n Matthew Ryan, 37, of no fixed address, admitted being drunk and disorderly in Guildhall Walk on February 21.

He was fined £80 with a £20 victim surcharge and £25 prosecution costs to pay.

He admitted breaching an earlier conditional discharge but no action was taken on this.

n Angela Anderson, 47, of Froxfield Road, Havant, admitted stealing a PlayStation 3, an Amazon Fire Tablet, Unifi CCTV cameras and a mobile phone.

She pleaded guilty to four charges of theft from Livelink Technology, in East Street, Havant, between May 2 and November 2 last year.

In total she was fined £120 with a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs to pay.

Magistrates took into account her previous good character, that all the items were recovered and the thefts were out of character.
n Michael Browne, 27, of Percy Road, Southsea, admitted stealing a bottle of whisky from Asda in Portsmouth on February 3.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge.

Browne must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £35 costs prosecution costs.

n Dean Stanbury, 30, of Argyll Road, London, admitted possession of a cannabis, a class B drug in a small sealed red container.

He committed the offence in Winter Road, Southsea, on November 2 last year.

He was given a six-month conditional discharge.

n Melanie Pocock, 30, of Ham Lane, Gosport, admitted stealing two bottles of Jack Daniels worth £40 from Co-op in Wickham.

She committed the offence on February 8 and was detained in court.
