Hide Adn Richard Edgington, 55, of Finchdean Gardens, Milton, was fined £260 after being found guilty of assault by beating in Portsmouth last December 29.
He must pay a £26 victim surcharge and £150 prosecution costs.
n Ross Sutherland, 32, of Whitstable Road, Wymering, admitted criminal damage to a chain on a door, bathroom door and a TV on December 10 last year in Denmead.
He was given a community order with 30 days of rehabilitation activities. Magistrates imposed a restraining order.

n Adelino Chacha, 26, of Cotton Road, Milton, admitted fraud by false representation by using a fuel card he had no authority to use.

Chacha must pay £85 prosecution costs.
He committed the offence between May 1 and May 19.
n Leon Ingram, 30, of Stamshaw Road, Stamshaw, admitted stealing a coat containing a mobile phone and bus pass in Portsmouth on January 29.

He must pay £45 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
