She was fined £100 for going to an address she was banned from.

Singleton must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs but was detained in court.

n Richard Edgington, 55, of Finchdean Gardens, Milton, was fined £260 after being found guilty of assault by beating in Portsmouth last December 29.

He must pay a £26 victim surcharge and £150 prosecution costs.

n Ross Sutherland, 32, of Whitstable Road, Wymering, admitted criminal damage to a chain on a door, bathroom door and a TV on December 10 last year in Denmead.

He was given a community order with 30 days of rehabilitation activities. Magistrates imposed a restraining order.

The order bans Sutherland from contacting a woman or going to four addresses. He must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £200 prosecution costs.

He also admitted assault by beating on the same day.

n Adelino Chacha, 26, of Cotton Road, Milton, admitted fraud by false representation by using a fuel card he had no authority to use.

He was given a 12-month conditional discharge with £1,801 compensation to pay and a £15 victim surcharge.

Chacha must pay £85 prosecution costs.

He committed the offence between May 1 and May 19.

n Leon Ingram, 30, of Stamshaw Road, Stamshaw, admitted stealing a coat containing a mobile phone and bus pass in Portsmouth on January 29.

He was given a 12-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge to pay.

Ingram must also pay £25 prosecution costs.

n Warren Branston, 46, of Lydney Close, Paulsgrove, admitted stealing goods worth £42.48 from Tesco in Portsmouth on January 26.

Magistrates handed him a six-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge.

n Daniel Chirivila, 31, of Castle Close, Southsea, admitted stealing a box of underwear worth £12.80 from Debenhams on February 3.

Magistrates ordered him to be detained in court but this was deemed served due to time spent in custody.

n Mary Andrews, 42, of Highclere Avenue, Leigh Park, admitted being drunk and disorderly on February 19. Magistrates imposed a nine-month conditional discharge with £15 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

n Harley Hill-Scott, 21, of Charlton Drive, Petersfield, must pay £100 compensation after admitting stealing a pushbike from Havant station on July 22 last year.

He must pay £45 costs to the Crown Prosecution Service.
