n Melanie Pocock, 30, of Ham Lane, Gosport, admitted stealing £300 of clothing from New Look in Fareham on January 27.

She also admitted stealing champagne worth £69.98 from Co-op in Lee-on-the-Solent on February 10.

Pocock was jailed for three weeks as she committed the offences on licence and has several previous convictions for dishonesty offences.

She must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

n Petra Tirsolea, 27, of Crabbe Court, Southsea, admitted stealing clothes worth £147 from Marks and Spencer on January 11.

She was ordered to be detained in court.

Tirsolea also admitted breaching a conditional discharge given to her for theft but no action was taken on the breach.

n Aaron Warrington, 24, of Aylen Road, Copnor, Portsmouth, admitted assaulting a woman by beating.

He was given a community order for the December 31 offence.

He must complete a 32-day building better relationships course and 15 days of rehabilitation activities.

Magistrates handed him a two-year restraining order banning him from entering an address in Samuel Road, Fratton.

He must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Terry Robertson, 43, of no fixed address, admitted failing to comply with notification requirements.

He did not complete weekly registration while homeless on February 19.

Robertson was jailed for four weeks and must pay an £80 victim surcharge.

n Luke O’Connell, 28, of Whitworth Road, Gosport, admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress.

He was fined £120 for the November 30 offence in Mumby Road, Gosport.

O’Connell must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Jack Tooley, 20, of Dryden Close, Fareham, admitted assault occasioning actual bodily harm.

He committed the offence on September 9 in Fareham.

Magistrates imposed a community order with 20 days of rehabilitation activity requirements.

Tooley must also complete 60 hours of unpaid work.

He must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Rudi Daniels, 22, of Barncroft Way, Havant, admitted possession of cannabis with intent to supply.

He was caught in Havant on November 13 last year with 53 one gram bags and three two-gram bags of cannabis, a class B drug.

Magistrates imposed a community order with a six-week curfew with electronic tag.

He must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Magistrates ordered the drugs be forfeited and destroyed under section 27 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971.

n Constance Drysdale, 47, of Chalton, Waterlooville, admitted drink-driving.

She was caught in a Nissan on the A3(M) at Purbrook on February 4.

A test showed she had 68 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg legal limit.

She was fined £120 and banned from driving for 18 months.

Drysdale must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

She also admitted driving with no insurance but received no separate penalty.
