n Tony Wallace, 52, of Temple Street, Portsmouth, admitted obstructing a constable in the execution of his duty on January 18 in Southampton.

He was fined £60. Wallace also admitted driving while disqualified on the same day.

He was fined £60 for this with a £20 victim surcharge and £45 prosecution costs.

Wallace was banned from driving for 12 months.

Wallace also admitted driving without insurance but received no separate penalty.

n Joshua Campbell, 24, of Sea Front, Hayling Island, admitted assaulting a constable in the execution of his duty.

Campbell committed the offence on February 17 in Sea Front.

He must pay £50 compensation and £40 prosecution costs.

Campbell admitted criminal damage the day before and must pay £85 compensation for that.

n Heidi Payne, 39, of Henderson Road, Southsea, admitted assault by beating on February 16.

Payne was given a community order and was banned from going to an address for six months.

She must pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Kate Heeley, 35, of Abbas Green, Warren Park, admitted causing harassment, alarm or distress on October 18 last year.

She was given an 18-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Tony Andrews, 44, of Fourth Street, Portsmouth, was found guilty of begging or collecting alms on December 20 last year.

He was fined £100 and ordered to pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Lauren Mcneight, 20, of Solent Road, Portsmouth, admitted drink-driving.

She was stopped in St Michaels Road, Portsmouth, on February 4 in a Citroen.

A test showed she had 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than the 35mcg legal limit.

Mcneight was fined £350 and banned from driving for 12 months.

She must pay a £35 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Helen George, 32, of Bere Road, Waterloovile, admitted drink-driving on May 16 last year.

A test showed she had 151 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood, more than the 80mg limit.

She was driving a motorbike. She was banned from driving for 20 months and was fined £295.

She must pay a £29 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

George also admitted driving without protective headgear, driving otherwise than in accordance with her licence and without insurance. She received no separate penalty.
