He committed the offence on November 28 in Havant.

Slidel received a community order with 20 days of rehabilitation.

And he must pay £37 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

n Paula Tompkins, 45, of Cumberland Street, Portsea, was fined £65 for being drunk and disorderly.

She pleaded guilty to the December 27 offence committed in Isambard Brunel Road, Portsmouth, last year.

She must also pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Tompkins was also fined £50 after admitting failing to surrender to custody on January 12.

n Stephen Wiltshire, 39, of Middlesex Road, admitted criminal damage.

He damaged a door in Southsea on December 28.

Magistrates handed him a six-month conditional discharge and he must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Wiltshire admitted possession of a small bag of cannabis, a class B drug, on the same day.

The cannabis was ordered to be forfeited and destroyed.

n Paul Drury, 49, of Talbot Road, Southsea, admitted stealing alcohol worth £2 from Asda in Portsmouth

He committed the offence on December 14 last year.

He was fined £50 with a £20 victim surcharge and £50 prosecution costs.

n Nichola McCrohon, 39, of Temple Street, Landport, admitted stealing two fragrances worth £69.98 from TK Maxx.

She committed the offence on December 14 last year in Portsmouth. She was handed a 12-month conditional discharge with a £15 victim surcharge and £15 prosecution costs.

n Connor Meadows, 21, of Forton Road, Gosport, admitted criminal damage.

He damaged a window belonging to First Wessex in Ham Lane, Gosport, on November 19 last year.

He was given a nine-month conditional discharge. Meadows must pay £96.74 compensation and £50 prosecution costs.

n Stephen Tait, 30, of Orsted Drive, Portsmouth, admitted drink-driving.

He was stopped driving a Skoda Octavia in Copnor Road, Portsmouth, on December 20 last year.

A test showed he had 82 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the 35mg limit. He was fined £500 and banned from driving for 18 months. Tait must pay a £50 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
