Kaine Burns, 23, of Linkenholt Way, Leigh Park, admitted criminal damage.

He must pay £135 compensation for the December 6 offence.

Burns also admitted assaulting a man on the same day at Waterlooville police station.

He was fined £50 for this with a £20 victim surcharge.

Burns pleaded guilty to resisting a constable in the execution of his duty.

Joshua Streams, 24, of St Andrew’s Road, Southsea, was found guilty of assaulting a man by beating.

He also pleaded guilty to having a bladed article, a credit card-sized knife with a lockable blade, in a public place.

He committed both offences in Bath Road, Southsea, on October 11.

He was handed a community order with 200 hours unpaid work.

Streams must pay £300 compensation, a £60 victim surcharge and £300 prosecution costs.

The knife was ordered to be destroyed.

Christopher Tolhurst, 21, of East Shore Way, Milton, admitted criminal damage.

He was handed a community order for the October 10 offence.

He must complete 25 days of rehabilitation activities.

And Tolhurst must pay a £60 victim surcharge.

Darren Bellringer, 37, of St Stephen’s Road, Portsmouth, admitted being drunk and disorderly.

He committed the offence in New Road, Copnor, on December 26.

Bellringer was given a nine-month conditional discharge.

He must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £40 prosecution costs.

Craig Hook, 20, of Laburnum Grove, North End, admitted drink-driving.

He was stopped on the M275 on December 28.

Hook was found to have 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, more than double the legal limit of 35mg.

He was fined £350 and banned from driving for 17 months.

He must pay a £35 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.

Christopher Jenkins, 25, of Prideaux Brune Avenue, Gosport, admitted being drunk and disorderly.

He committed the offence on December 26 in Leesland Road, Gosport.

Jenkins was given a six-month conditional discharge.

He must pay a £15 victim surcharge and £40 prosecution costs.

Vitalijus Kurmojarcevas, 37, of Chichester Road, Copnor, was fined £165 for being drunk and disorderly.

He pleaded guilty to the offence which happened on December 25 in Kingston Road.

He must pay a £20 victim surcharge and £85 prosecution costs.
