POST boxes have been targeted by thieves in a spate of crimes in East Hampshire.

The latest Royal Mail box to be stolen was at Mill Lane in Sheet, near Petersfield.

Two men, driving a silver Vauxhall Corsa, were seen acting suspiciously at about 11pm on Monday, March 26.

Four other post boxes have been stolen in the area, including at Bordon.

Thieves made off with letters as well as the post boxes, worth around £200. Police want information on 101.
