A THIEF who stole packets of electric toothbrush heads has been ordered to stay at home under a curfew.
Kevin Kelleher took two packs of toothbrush heads, worth £36, from Boots at Gunwharf Quays. At the time he had a conditional discharge for a previous conviction of assault. Kelleher, of The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, pleaded guilty to theft and breaching the conditional discharge when he appeared at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court.
The 33-year-old will have to wear an electronic tag and stay in his flat between 9pm and 7am every day for two months. He must pay £85 in court costs.
